Please note that cream products, pies and cakes cannot be couriered past Wairarapa.
Currants, sultanas and cherries are macerated in brown sugar and rum and left overnight. Subsequently, they are baked in a delectable spiced cake and iced with a delicious blend of almond and white fondant icing.
